b) If You contact Us or contact Our customer service (for example by email, phone or contact form on the service and application sites), We use the data You have provided (usually Your contact details and Your request) to answer you. We keep Your inquiries for a period of five (5) years after responding, except in cases where commercial or tax law requires a different retention period, in which case We keep such correspondence for the retention periods provided by the law (usually six (6) years).
